At Preston Smiles Dental Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care and service, and your feedback is essential to us.
In the case of any complaint we routinely review what has happened, why it occurred, and how to prevent it from happening again. As part of our investigation, we will consider all the details you have provided and share a copy of your complaint with the individuals involved in your care. We will also interview the relevant staff, examine your dental records, and review our internal documents and policies. Our inquiries should be completed within 60 days.
